Candlewood Lake Villa

SHERMAN, CT

CONTEMPORARY REDESIGN
A complete contemporary renovation on Candlewood Lake. The project included a full second-story addition, new windows throughout, updated vertical siding, and a rebuilt deck overlooking the lake. Every element was custom designed and carefully executed from start to finish.

INTERIOR RENOVATION
The interior was completely renovated to complement the new exterior. Each room was redesigned with custom finishes and detailing throughout, creating an open, modern living space that makes the most of the lake views. Every element was built specifically for this home.

A HOME ON THE LAKE
From the second-story addition to the interior finishes, every part of this project was approached with the same level of care. The result is a contemporary lake home that feels modern while fitting naturally into its wooded setting on Candlewood Lake.
