Screened-in porch

Sandyhook, ct

REIMAGINING THE SPACE
A redesign that turned an existing space into a fully screened-in porch. The project included new framing, a gabled roof tied into the existing roofline, and full screen enclosures on all sides. Every element was custom designed to match the home’s original architecture.

DESIGN & DETAILS
The gable features decorative trim work that gives the porch a finished, traditional look. White trim and railings carry the home’s existing style through the new space, and the screens keep it open to the yard while protecting it from the elements.

A SPACE FOR EVERY SEASON
The finished porch adds a comfortable outdoor living area that can be used well beyond the summer months. It blends naturally with the rest of the home, as if it had always been part of the original design.
